We are back in the UK now having had a wonderful holiday at your villa.  We enjoyed it very much especially the heated pool and hot tub.  The views are wonderful and bed was very comfortable.  The BBQ was well used as we ate in most evenings.

I would also add that the location was great in respect to being able to walk to shops.

I am sure future renters will not be disappointed. I took some photos of the canal view and sent them to some friends and colleagues - they were very envious!

It is the first villa that we have stayed in that we would like to visit again.

Been to Floriday many times and this is by the far the best place we have stayed.  The accommodation was immaculate and the facilities were many and in excellent working order.  It was great to relax at the end of the garden, on the dock.  There was also excellent fishing, just from the jetty alone we caught red fish, lady fish and snooks.  Fantastic!

The properity is right in the heart of the local facilities where we could walk to shops and restaurants.  Walking anywhere in Florida is often not an option from most properties so this was a real surprise.

Location was peaceful and quiet, don't hesitate to book!!

"Our first stay in this area -fantastic villa with quality furnishings and so well equipped! We have stayed in villas in the Orlando area before and this one was classy! Lots of good info in the home for us to read and decide where to visit and what would suit our family. I really enjoyed our visit to Sanibel and Captiva two beautiful islands, ate in the Mucky Duck which was great with food and atmosphere. We were also able to rent our own boat go sunbathing, picnicking on islands and swimming in warm sea as well as fishing from the boat whilst the dolphins joined our journey back! The pool was wonderful and all those jumping fish for sound effects and for catching! We felt very well catered for and had everything we expected and lots more additional extras for the wow factor! I would like to say a  big thank you for the use of your lovely villa.  I had a fantastic time  and appreciated the cleanliness and amenities on offer and it was just like  the pictures on your web.  

You have given me faith in travelling again as my last 2 experiences have been either a great disappointment on  arrival (web pictures were taken when it was newly furnished and it was a  shed when we arrived) and lastly the villa I booked last year in Cape Coral,  the company didn’t exist but happily took my money.

So a great big thank you  to all 4 of you and I was most appreciative of the purchase of the bbq and with all the cooking materials in the kitchen……..we also absolutely loved  the Bone Fish Grill. Excellent recommendation.

I will definitely use your villa again and would strongly  recommend it to anyone…….I am missing the jumping fish  already.

We would like to thank you for the opportunity to stay in your house at Cape Coral. It was all that the web site pictures promised and even more. We had a great time, the holiday was really relaxing.

We had several visits from manatee, on one occasion 5!  Loved the burrowing owls just down the street.

The house was the best of the 10 or so we have stayed in over the years in Florida. We would cetainly check availability if we were going to Cape Coral again. Still trying to come to terms with the reality of our weather here!

"Wow what a fantastic find, the villa had everything you could want, when we arrived the fridge was full, tea and coffee in the cupboard. The villa is a stone throw away from Walmart, bowling and all eating places. It's right on the canal, great fishing, pool fantastic and jaccuzi.  Wonderful spotless property even had suncream in cupboard!

The area was good if you dont drive, eco centre where you can canoe a walk away, everything is on the doorstep. There was everything thinkable for kids toys for the pool.  I couldnt find fault if I tried, one of the best villas i've stayed in.

The vendors have thought of everything possible to make your stay fantastic, first class find- a little treasure, will definatley be back. My son never came out of the pool and for me the space and position of villa to amienaties did it for me, my husband didnt have to drive to eat out at night we just walked.

The villa was so private, no noise, very secluded from neighbours , who we never saw, I cant say enough you'll not be dissapointed thats for sure - good value, fantastic"

We found the villa a very relaxing place, nice pool and good accommodation with an interesting outlook over the waterways, enjoyed listening and watching the fish throw themselves across the water, seeing the turtles and watching the sly alligators that passed by occasionally.  Good position for food shopping, plenty of restaurants, really loved Barefoot beach and the wild life there and had a great overnight stay in Keywest via Fort Myres express. A very eventful holiday.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coralwood Cove.  The villa is luxurious and you have made it very welcoming for guests.  The welcome pack in the fridge was a lovely idea.  We know the area and your villa is beautifully situated for trips to Sanibel and Captiva, Fort Myers and golf etc.  The pool and hot tub are excellent and larger than the villa we previously rented in Cape Coral.  You asked for feedback.  Our feedback is 100% positive.  We had such a good time we wonder whether we may be able to book again next year?

We all had a really great time and South West Florida is a fantastic place with some fabulous beaches.

The house is very nice and well equipped, in a quiet area with an easy to access location.  Plenty of shops and restaurants were either nearby or a short drive away.

The outside TV is a great feature and I enjoyed watching the NFL games whilst floating in the pool!

Many thanks for the rental of your villa in Cape Coral, the villa was excellent and in a great position for shops and restaurants etc. It was our first visit to Cape Coral and it made a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Kissimee/Orlando.

We particularly enjoyed the Times Square area in Fort Myers Beach and also Boca Grande where we hired a golf buggy for a couple of hours to ride around the island, great fun!

We have rented a lot of houses in Florida and yours was probably the best we have had, some properties although slightly more expensive are SO elaborate you do not feel comfortable even sitting down and there always seems to be a bit of something lacking, this was not the case with yours, everything about it is really nice.
